That's what the Weather Channel tells me. It is so cold! Things were relatively pleasant up until late morning Saturday. My office Christmas party Friday night was very nice, the food was good as was the company. It started snowing around 7:30 PM and snowed through the night. We only got a few inches though.
DH and I woke early on Saturday, headed out in 22 degree weather to shovel the walk, drive and patio. The dogs got to run a bit. DH headed off to work about 8:30 AM, the temp had dropped to 18 and the wind was a blowin!
The temp dropped a degree or two every hour bottoming out at -7 around 10 PM. Since, we have not warmed above -2.8...The news reports there is steady wind in some areas (my house) of 30MPH with gusts up to 50MPH!!
My poor dogs are not allowed out for more than a few minutes. I think their paws have frozen to the pavement a few times. We are all getting a little cabin fever - I was actually glad to have work today. The rest of the week isn't supposed to be much better, as far as weather goes anyway. I have a holiday lunch everyday this week so that's delightful.
6 days until we head to Cali!!!
