A little of that and a little of this

Not much to share or any pictures to show. Just been spending the week trying to stay warm and getting ready to head to Cali. - Only 3 days!!!

Our weather has warmed a bit, but warming a bit from -10 really isn't saying much. Our dogs seem to be miserable. Daisy was up puking her gust out Tuesday night. Upon arrival home yesterday I found her foot bleeding due to her ripping or partially ripping off her toe nail - this is not her first toe nail rodeo! Last time she had to be sedated, the nail had to be cauterized and she was on antibiotics for a week and her foot in a cast type bandage. Do you think she knows we're leaving and trying to make it impossible on us? YES!!! DH is at the vet with her right now, I hope this will not effect her kennel stay. DH is great about taking them to the vet, but not so great about dealing with the puke. Will be interesting to see how he does as a father...

My week has been full of holiday lunches - so much fun! The 'girls' had our lunch yesterday with an ornament exchange. I walked away with a killer cowboy boot ornament!! Yippee Ki Yea! Today's lunch is IPOM with ornament exchange and tomorrow is CLAM lunch with ornament exchange. I love ornament exchanges.
