Now there are 4!

Noah's second top tooth has broke the surface. He's got two bottom and two top (sort of). He'll be looking like a little rabbit soon. I promise pictures soon.

It's been a posting marathon trying to catch-up, have finally finished all my backlog.

Life's a beach

So we took a lot of pictures.

Noah first day at the beach!

Noah getting a little drowsy on our walk.

Pretty coastal vegetation.

So gorgeous!
Off road'n.

Noah just couldn't stay awake for his first beach day.

Thankful for our new all-terrain stroller.

I found a baby urchin shell.

I'm usually manning the camera...today I got to be the subject for a bit.

DH examining the tide pools.

The daily catch

I can't speak for the entire C-clan, but I think we've had some good times since we've arrived!

Papa's is the best place to be - he's got a fort complete with shingled roof and table for eating ripe plums (per Walker), great stumps/trees for climbing, a zip line for kids of a minimum age however there's no upper limit - DH took a turn, and a garden just starting to sprout. Walker and Mason have taken us on the tour.

We've had a couple family dinners and another Tuesday for G'ma S's BIRTHDAY!

DH has had the opportunity to go out for abalone! He got his limit both days and only took one tumble on the harsh rocks of the North Coast.

G'ma S. and Noah just observing.

Abs just waiting to get eaten.
Since the rest of the family headed out of town for the long weekend, we headed up to Papa's for a little organizing of our goods in his garage and a fresh abalone dinner. DH got a lesson on the cleaning and I got a lesson on the cooking. It was delicious!!

Leg #3 - Fort Bragg or Bust!

We weren't sure what our plan was when we started the trip, we ended-up making the last leg a long one. Eugene to Fort Bragg.

Just like the rest of the drive this leg was BEAUTIFUL!

Hello, CALI!!

Hello, Redwoods!
Hello, Pacific Ocean!
What a welcoming sight.

I love this shot!

Night fell and this is where the photo journal ends. The rest as they say, is history!

Roadtrip - Leg #2

Lewiston, ID to Eugene, OR. It was a long one! Noah was a champ as usual.

Rise-n-Shine

It was interesting to have 2 adults, a babe and 2 fur-babies in one small hotel room. Thankfully it was only for one night.

The drive out of ID, into WA and finally OR provided a variety of scenery.

Talk about big sky!

Later ID

We were totally driving into the eye of the storm!

Definitely want to actually stop here next time through.

I have a slight obsession with wind turbines.

They are just so cool!

A near blow-out about 45 minute outside of Eugene.

Roadtrip - Leg 1

We spent Wednesday 5/19 just a'cleaning and cleaning. We pulled away from Missoula a little later than we had anticipated, our goal was Lewiston ID - we made it by 8:30ish. It was a such a mad-dash to hit the road, we didn't have much time to mourn our separation from Missoula.

Good Bye Montana

DH was in the lead car with the fur-babies
Pit-stop #1 - Josie
A little daddy time
We toured the Lochsa - it was BEAUTIFUL!!
Such pretty scenery.
