We are very fond of Chad

Thanks to our fur-babies with a little help from winter this is our yard. Normally we spend countless hours cleaning-up, re-seeding and watering to get some semblance of a yard by July. We're been a little lax-ed about it this year primarily because we've had other major focuses in our life.

You may be asking who's Chad? This is Chad! Chad is our property manager, he will be in charge of finding tenants and keeping them in-line among other things... Chad has a landscaping business - Rankin Landscape. Chad has access to surplus landscaping supplies. Did I mention free supplies! He gave us sod!!!

Not sure who this dude is - we're thankful for him nonetheless

After the unload DH ran to the Home DePOT to get the other supplies he'll need. By the time I get home from my last day of work we'll have a green yard again! Woohoo for Chad and DH!
