Learning the fork

And usually surprisingly good at it. Occasionally though its just more fun to each with hands! I'm realizing we're (really it's mostly me) of the spoiling variety of parents. Is it spoiling when the child doesn't ask for it? How could I pass up this sporty retro tricycle? He's got a little growing into it and I'm hoping his cousins will give him a few lessons.

It collapses very thin for storage. It's genius if you ask me.

Kitchen Helper

Prior to today it was becoming impossible for me to get anything done in the kitchen. No matter what I was doing Noah would squeeze himself between me and whatever it was I was up against...often dangerous, like the stove.

Not a problem now! Noah is counter level!

And so excited about it.
He loves to pretend to wipe down the counters - what a helper.

BTW - he ate an orange, that's why the juicy shirt.

17 Months w/ new tricks!

We're so proud of Noah - not only can he pick his nose with one finger but both. He's growing up so fast!

Whale Fest '11

Whale Fest is typically a festive weekend! We did our best considering the conditions - rain, thunder, lightning and HAIL!

The festivities include a car show, crafts fair, chowder tasting, beer tasting and run. DH participated in the run while we the rest of us took cover.

The winner is!

DH took 1st in his group!

10th over all! Way to go!!
