Mud Man

An innocent trip to the soccer field turned into an amazing adventure!

I've realized I haven't updated you'all on Noah's 18 month stats...

Height: 34 IN = 94%

Weight: 24 lbs =50%

To those who follow carefully you may be saying that those stats are crazy off from what they have been - you're right. Little dude would not sit still or stop screaming!! It was probably our worst appointment to date. The Dr. said it was a good sign and that Noah was just very aware of his surroundings...I always wonder if they just say what they think we as parents want to hear.

My stats:

Height: 33 IN

Weight: 27 lbs

Noah's verbal skills are advancing each day yet his favorite word is still NO!!!

Noah is primo at putting his toys away and throwing away his trash. One day we spent probably a half hour looking for his eaten apple only to finally look in the trash to find his core. What a good boy!

Each day he's learning new skills and behaviors. Noah is hilarious, charming and probably the best person to spend a day with.

Happy Easter!

Please forgive the Christmas PJ's...DH is responsible for that. I guess it doesn't really matter - Christmas or Easter, the same fella is the reason for both!

Early morning activities.

Books from G'ma & G'pa C. - Thank you!

Finding eggs!!!
On the hunt...

Learning from Daddy.

A treasure left by the bunny

We're glad we did this small "practice hunt" at home with plastic eggs. Noah's first response was to throw the eggs and his second was to beat them together. The real hunt will be this afternoon with the cousins at Papa's.

Happy Easter to all!

Loud & Clear - I heard you!

I haven't been a total slacker mom, I have been taking pictures...just haven't had a moment to post them. I making a moment and giving you what you asked for.

Enjoying a delicious pickle.

With his collection of treasures.

Noah is rarely found with fewer than 3 items in his hands at all times.
We decided to pull out the drum set in hopes of getting our
little BamBam to beat on something else
other than me.
So for so good!
Although the tips of the stix have been eaten off...

Stylish as ever!

There you have it. Noah will be a year and a half tomorrow - I had grand plans of a half birthday celebration but as usual lately I'm not going to be able to execute it...DH and Noah will have to celebrate without me (I have a Chamber function to attend :().

Noah is doing amazing, learning and growing each day. He's a hilarious little dude and we're spending every free minute enjoying him.

Learning the fork

And usually surprisingly good at it. Occasionally though its just more fun to each with hands! I'm realizing we're (really it's mostly me) of the spoiling variety of parents. Is it spoiling when the child doesn't ask for it? How could I pass up this sporty retro tricycle? He's got a little growing into it and I'm hoping his cousins will give him a few lessons.

To those who asked -kitchen helper

It's officially the Guidecraft Kitchen Helper - got it from Amazon

http://www.amazon.com/GuideCraft-G97325-Guidecraft-Kitchen-Helper/dp/B000SQNAQC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=toys-and-games&qid=1301006359&sr=8-1

It collapses very thin for storage. It's genius if you ask me.

Kitchen Helper

Prior to today it was becoming impossible for me to get anything done in the kitchen. No matter what I was doing Noah would squeeze himself between me and whatever it was I was up against...often dangerous, like the stove.

Not a problem now! Noah is counter level!

And so excited about it.
He loves to pretend to wipe down the counters - what a helper.

BTW - he ate an orange, that's why the juicy shirt.
What's more fun than the kitchen helper?
The boxes it came in!

Yeah for the Kitchen Helper! We had a peaceful kitchen experience tonight!!
